Dissipline by Dinamika
Daar word van alle skole verwag om ‘n volledige dissiplinêre beleid in plek te hê waarmee die leerders van ‘n skool volgens die Suid-Afrikaanse skolewet bestuur word. Hierdie wet is baie groot en kompleks en te moeilik om aan die kinders te verduidelik en op ‘n daaglikse basis te gebruik by die skool. Dit is om hierdie rede dat die meeste skole ‘n meriete-en demerietestelsel ontwikkel het wat gebaseer is op die skolewet, maar ‘n heel maklike manier is om die leerders se gedrag en verhoudings met mekaar en hulle onderwysers te bestuur.
Dinamika se stelsel staan op drie eenvoudige bene.

- Ons gaan as onderwysers hard werk om in ‘n goeie VERHOUDING met die kinders in die skool te staan. Ja die getalle en druk van die skool maak dit effens moeilik maar ons is 100% oortuig daarvan dat d.m.v. liefdevolle verhoudings dit die enigste manier is om werklik ‘n kind te vorm, te beïnvloed en te leer.
- Met die stelsel gaan ons aan die kinders merietes gee vir alles wat hulle doen. Dit sal lei na INSENTIEWE wat die leerders moet motiveer om betrokke te raak en besig te wees met positiewe, konstruktiewe dinge by die skool.
- Met die stelsel gaan ons aan die leerlinge demerietes toeken vir luiheid en dinge wat ons nie wil hê hulle moet doen nie. Hierdie demerietes gaan detensies tot GEVOLG hê waarmee ons gaan probeer om die leerders te ontmoedig om met verkeerde dinge besig te wees.
Discipline at Dinamika
It is required from schools to have a full disciplinary policy in place, based on the South African school’s law, through which the learners at school are governed. This Law is too big and complex to explain to the learners and to use daily at school. It is due to this reason that most schools have developed a Merit and Demerit system based on the School Law, but serves as an easy and practical way to manage the learner’s behaviour as well as their relationships with one another and their teachers.
Dinamika’s system stands on three simple principles.

- We as teachers, are going to work hard to build good RELATIONSHIPS with the learners. Yes the numbers of learners and the pressure at school makes it slightly difficult but we are 100% convinced that in loving relationships it is the only way to truly form, influence and teach a child.
- With the system we will be awarding merits to the learners for everything they do. These will lead to INCENTIVES that will motivate the learners to get involved and be busy with positive and constructive things at school.
- With the system we will be awarding demerits to the learners for laziness and doing things that we don’t want them to do. These demerits will have a detention as CONSEQUENCE through which we will try to discourage learners to be busy with the wrong things in their lives.
